They could cancel all testing and still not make a dent in what the nat gas leak did. About the only good think about IL is 96 and newer OBD II only. And no dyno, no snif just OBD codes.

In reading this, I was wondering what the different state requirements are.

Is there a website that has the information by state on required emission
testings?
