Tom McManus was so kind to give me the part of a door I needed. And the top, and bottom of the door jamb. And I ended up finding out the there are several differences between the two years of their doors. No big deal. I just worked it out. Looks great. Saturday I fit the right vertical door jamb with the outside wall section that's attached to the jamb. So today I thought I'd checked the fit of the upper, and lower 7.5 inch jamb sections. Top was the same for both GMC's. But the bottom was way different. Infact the 73 bodyrocker section was unuseable without a lot of work. The convertible GMC obviously had the top section gone. But the bottom was still there. That's when I found out the rest of the story that the 78 GMC has a much heavier complete rocker area. So someone out there know's when that change was made.Bob Dunahugh
