We recently (a few years back) put in a Sharp 820JS, Maybe they are no longer available. Ours works great.

As I understand the inverter type microwave ovens, they are not happy with inverter supplied A/C power. We have a Dometic Convection microwave combination. Works great. Camping world has them for around $220. Their package includes a front panel mounting place and an additional fan and directional deflectors to help with air flow for cooling of an enclosed microwave cabinet.
This is also available from Sears, for about the same price, without the cooling and trim package.

The JS fit just fine. It is shorter than the old Sharp R630DS that was in there when we got the coach. The old one worked fine but it was a microwave only. Plus, he had burned out the display by running it on an overspeed Onan that was putting out 163 volts when I checked it.

The one I need to replace has quit working completely. Not even a
indication of power. I'm pretty sure it was ran at extremely low voltage
which most likely took out the power supply.
