New thread for the custom dash. Wood is not my favorite thing to work with, if I can't TIG weld it or cut with a Plasma cutter it's no good for me!
Slight progress, wood will be stained. Rocker switches are being replaced with toggle type, currently in the mail from Digikey. The headlight switch will remain the same, the wiper vertical actuator is being replaced with a choke pull type.
Radio is a "Media Player", no CD, so it's only 3.5" deep.
Previous owner for some reason spliced a bunch of the dashing wiring. When I pulled it half of them came loose, got lots of tracing and proper splicing to get finished.
