Question about the switch pitch converters in the TH425. I am restoring a 67 Cutlass and have 2 Jetaway transmissions both with SP converters. Are these the same as what is used in the TH 425 and are they of any use or value to the GMC? I'm going with a TH 350 and won't be using the Jetaway's. Thanks.

If as Gary says the Jetaway converters will work with the TH400/425, do not send it to the scrap yard. Those converters are hard to come by. If no-one else is interested I'd bet that Manny would take them. JMHO

I have one that I offered to Manny a while ago. He wasn't interested then but you might try him again. They certainly would create more heat in a GMC application though...
