Can the glass be removed from the original ('73-'74) side windows be removed without disassembling the frames?

Glenn,
There is a piece of channel above the stationary window that comes out.
This allows one to remove the screen at least. I am not sure if it allows
enough room to remove the sliding window though.

You need to pull it out and remove the strap, then remove the glass on the
73-74.
