Greetings -

I'm installing a propane tap so that I can connect an external appliance (most likely a grill or a fire pit).

The existing propane hose is really thick and inflexible... causing issues with getting the device installed.

Does the propane hose really need to be that thick - will a regular BBQ regulator and hose suffice ?

Hose and regulator kits are available at Home Depot, Lowes, Ace Hardware - The hoses are way more flexible.

I've got a 23 footer so the propane compartment is pretty tight.

Thanks in advance for your comments,
