Steve is a member here - but when I looked on Facebook it appears he only posted a link to the Craigslist ad.

As for the coach -- no TZE number so who knows -- but the door handle and drip rail are not from an early coach.

Mike

Steve only passed on a Craigslist posting for us to laugh at. It isn't his ad.
http://phoenix.craigslist.org/nph/rvs/5416660686.html
and we did get a good laugh about it especially since it's for a 1972 GMC.

LOL. Read my Facebook post again. It begins with "So this Craiglist seller claims to be selling the very first (Truly!!) GMC Coach Motor Home..."

I never said I was selling it. And I'm not.

I sent a Criagslist query to him, it will be interesting to see what he says - if he says. 106K miles, and if those are wheels, not covers, and if it cranks and runs and pulls its weight, worth 3 - 5 depending general condition anyway. It reels of either scam or stupidity.

Mike

I also wonder if you may have ended up on GMCmarketplace and not the regular Facebook page.
Someone who knows it better can perhaps direct you.

As for the coach for sale -- if it did belong to a GM engineer or exec it may have some interesting history. The Windows appear to be newer style. Ten batteries suggests some extensive off grid capability and I would guess it has Thermasan given the reference to waste water and exhaust.
