I don’t know the material in the water tank, but on Amazon - check out the Bondic material - a small drop and then the UV light that comes with the kit hardens the material and seals all sorts of stuff.

I have used the Bondic very successfully. Only failure has been attempting to glue the vertical trim piece that is at the rear of the toll window. Did not hold. I'm guessing the age factor of the broken trim defeated the glue. Used it for some other plastic repairs, and it was 100% successful. Worth the $20.
