I found a guy that's here in Cedar Rapids Iowa, that will go to Hastings Nebraska today. And pick it up for $700. About $1.00 a mile. I don't know if that's high, or low. It's down to, just glad to see it's heading back. There's a lot of parts there. About $10,000 worth. 2 year old tires, and alum rims. New radiator, heater core, rebuilt knuckles, ball joints, tie rod ends, idler arm, relay arm, shocks, trans, 3:70 final drive, fan clutch, and new cruise control. Then the used parts that haven't been replaced. Gas tanks, airbags, bumpers, Onan, batteries, steering gear, SS exhaust, holding tanks, complete frame, great running 403. Then all the body parts/panels from the bottom of all windows down. All the way around the body.Bob Dunahugh 78 Royale

$1 a mile, sounds like a bargain to me. I agree, lots of very good parts. Almost might be fun to help dis-assemble. Unfortunately, too far for me to run up and help. Plus you have that Winter thing going on.

Same here. I *think* $3/mi for a flatbed requiring no oversize permits is the going rate. That might have dropped some with the $2/gal diesel, but no where near $1.
