The bolts that hold the black tanksupports – how are they attached at the top? The bolts and nuts are badly rusted and look like they will not take anytorque, and I am sure they will need to be replaced.  I do not need to drop the tank, all I want to do is brace the tank and remove the supportslong enough to straighten them.
