I have been searching the net and the manuals and other than it being on the driver's side of the transmission I am not positive where the port for checking transmission pressure is located.. Before I put the coach on the jack stands and crawl under there I also would like to confirm that it is a 1/8th" plug, perhaps above and slightly forward the shift shaft.

Yes, it is there, about 4” rear of the shift arm shaft and about an inch or so from the back edge of the transmission. The 425 tranny layout is reverse of the 400 transmission. Or to say it differently what is on the pass side front on the 400 is on the drivers side rear on the 425 transmission. Get your maintenance manual and go to Section 7, page 9 and review fig 10. You will see the small plug in the lower middle of the picture. It is a 1/8” plug.
