You might check with a local boat manufacturer if one is close. Many of them use foam - in - place to add flotation and rigidity to fiberglass boats. Some years ago I foamed a rusty Econoline with a barrel of it which the local (Mortar Creek Plastics) plant gave me because it was out of date. They couldn't use it because when dated, it didn't generate the correct volume of foam. I blocked the walls with plywood on the ribs and left a couple of inches open at the top. Mixed and poured, and cut off the overage which came out the opening. I had the quietest Econoline in captivity thereafter, without body rattles or shakes. If you go the foam route, be >sure< everything it covers is as you want it >before< you mix and pour. It ain't coming out easily.

Back in 1998 I had stripped out much of my interior and then used a two part kit to spray polyurethane foam. I then trimmed it level with the ribs. It made a huge difference in the interior warmth in the winter and the cool in the summer.
It also makes the interior much quieter.
The kit came with several mixing tips because once you use one you cannot clean it but have to use another tip.
The stuff sticks to everything and would be very difficult to clean so be sure to cover everything well and use a lot of masking tape.
I had once posted that one might want to check with companies that spray foam into refrigerated coolers as they could probably spray the inside of your motorhome likely cheaper than you would pay for the kits. This would save you a lot of labor.
