To a show in North Augusta, AC, ~~150 each way. The coach ran fine, rebuilt alternator works great, no complaints. Stayed at a friend's studio(Wild Hare Pottery, N Augusta, SC) which was closer than Fort Gordon by about twenty miles. It rained like Noah's Flood Friday and Saturday, no leaks I could find. I've had a hard starting problem, chased it to too much voltage drop to the pumps in back when the compressor is running. Quick fix - pop the compressor fuse, let the pump fill the carb, fire her off, and then put the fuse back. Permanent fix - Heavier wire to the pump select relay in back. No more stumbling off lights, no more quarter scale on the temp gauge, no more worries at looong stop lights, which the rural South is famous for. New fan clutch engages, and the DigiPanel stays pinned on the 175 bar edge. I'm gaining.
The genset muffler location proved to be a Bad Idea... too low, it scraped twice on driveways. A move is upcoming.
