Good evening all!

We are finding ourselves in a position of needing some cash for a down payment on what we believe will be our retirement home! So we are going to put our GMC on the market. I wanted to let everyone here on the board know before I publish it to the public. This is the 76 Royale with a side bath. We converted our twin beds in the back to a single queen, but changing back wouldn't be an issue.

I am traveling back to the Northern Va area in a week or two to drive it back to Colorado. If anyone wants to see it in Va or on my way back, please let me know.

I am asking $20,000 or best offer. I've made a lot of upgrades so you won't have to!

I will posting more information and photos shortly, but if you are interested or have any questions, please drop me a line at r p e e s e l @ gmail.com.

In short, I have:

6 disc brake system
New batteries (house and engine)
Onan 6000
Queen bed in back instead of two short twins
New PD 9260
Propane water heater, fridge, furnace all work
New steering box
Recent tires ( couple years old )
New isolation pads
Upgraded dashboard
Manuals

Please help me buy my dream home!

Bob

$20k puts you in tough sales territory, regardless of the upgrades. Watch how many offers this ebay Eleganza gets.

Yeah, but its brown. I mean, getting 25k for anything brown is going to be a challenge. Cinnamon Moondust, maybe... Very Happy

What a really nice coach! Your price is a bargain and I wish I had waited until now to purchase one, because I would definitely buy yours even though it is twice as much as I have in mine. It's got the wheels I want, the shower/bath I desire, and the paint job is similar to what I plan for mine! It should sell quickly to a smart buyer.

Thanks!
It was a tough decision to sell, but we found a fantastic lot (40 acres) with stunning views in the mountains and decided that the long term property was worth selling the GMC.

If we can't sell it, we will certainly still enjoy using it.
