I believe a previous owner has installed a heavy duty front sway bar.

I say this, because I need to replace the bar end link sets/bushings. I bought the equivalent MOOG K446 sets at O'Reilly, but are the wrong size (much smaller diameter bolt and longer).

The one off my coach is: 7/16" diameter 4 ¾" long with a 5/8" bolt head and 11/16" nut.

Can anyone confirm if this is a heavy duty part, or is the O'Reilly equivalent a wrong match?

Also, if it is the heavy duty one, does anyone know the correct part number for the end link set?

The diameter of the front sway bar on my coach is 1 1/16". Is that the stock bar size?

Eugene,

The heavier front bar was made by a company names Addco. Their web page says the heavier bar is 1 1/4" thick and uses end link kit #14. I did not find any information on end link kit #14. You might want to try and call them.

Eugene,

Their website says their product is warranted for the life of the vehicle. They also offer urethane end link bushings.

Why bother, just buy a new set from energy suspension and be done with it

At this point, I don't know exactly what I have on my coach, or what to order to replace the end links.

Here is picture of the old end link along side the new one I bought from O'Reilly's:

Does anyone have know the size of the OEM end link bolt for the front sway arm and the diameter of the OEM from sway arm?
