BFG Commercial TA All Season 2? [message #285762]

I'm on the Dan Gregg tire plan. So it's time for 2 new tires. There are the regular all season and now a season 2. Are the 2's made on the night shift? In China? or like the salesman said,'They are the new model.' Funny that the new model is $20 ea less. I don't want any other kind or to start TIRE WARS. Wink

I have six of them. No explanation from Discount Tire except that they were the new model. It was annoying to learn that the day I got them, they were already 9 months old. I should have stood my ground and refused them, but I had a trip scheduled for the next day to Patterson, LA.

They are essentially the same. I just put4 of them on my GMC. They look the same. I believe there is a very small change in the tread design.

Forgot to say that the first model has been discontinued and all you can get is old stock.

There was no price difference at my dealer.
