A guy named Jay Brown has a coach on the Facebook page he wants $4k for. 78 Eleganza II wet bath, 84K on a 403, he knows 8 - 10 years of its history. I spoke with him at length, he runs it monthly including the Onan and drives it occasionally. 10 year tires, needs a house water pump. It would be a good starting point for someone, interior looks OK and he is well spoken, seems like a reasonable gent.

He's finally brought the price down to about what it's worth. Started out
at $9k for a Royale. Turns out to be an Eleganza. I can't find it now but
he stated "First $3500 takes it" yesterday. (One thing about Facebook, you
can delete a post if you choose.) It's located at Magnolia, AR, about 70
miles E of Texarkana.

It looks like a good buy now.

I don't use face book, but this looks pretty good to me. Is there any
way to contact this man without face book?

Daniel,
I'll ask him on FB if I can share his number with you, and I'll pass yours on to him. He thought he had a 455, I had him check, because it should be - and is - a 403. I suspect this led to a reduction in price.
