Couple of Vins maybe new to the registry and what do they mean [message #285230]

Got two vins from an owner in Homer AK both 1973's first is tze033v101975 and tze063v101598. I think I remember the zero first number means they were not finished by GM and up fittted by someone else. Was this before GM started finsihing the interiors?

Looks like one 23 and one 26.

First 0 means a '73, or '74 that WAS finished by GM.
