I have two FANtastic fans. One only turns on when I hold the temperature
dial to the most counter clock position. As soon as I let go, it turns
off. The other works a bit better, ie. when it is REALLY warm in the
coach it does turn on.

Anyone has an idea how to fix this?

Peer,
Give Fantastic fan and tell them what your problems are. They used to do free repair parts before they were bought out. They got snotty for a while, but they seem to have gone back to helping fantastic fan owners lately.
