I'm finally getting to my header instal.
Is there a way of telling what Brand I have ( they were removed from a
parts coach) ??
In a stroke of good fortune I found a set of un-used gaskets SCL 4079 in
the coach. It appears they are for headers.

It doesn't matter what brand they are, I'm just curious to know and I can't
make out Jim K's image ( header image..I'd recognize Jim himself at 1000 ft
).

I removed these headers last Fall...it seems to me they had different??
bolts. I think another trip to the parts unit might be in order to see what
I left behind. Is this correct..'specific' header bolts??

Thanks all

my headers have a big Doug thorly plate welded to them.
I don't know if there are any others that actually fit the motorhome

Thanks Keith.
No id on mine and IIRC there were 2 companies that produced headers for the
GMC but if my life depended on it, I couldn't come up with the name of the
other.
And there are special bolts for headers..which I found nicely tucked away
where I wouldn't lose them...it only took me an hour or so to find them

Mike,

Going way back - maybe Jardine? Recently Doug's - Doug Thorley has gone into business in competition with his old company. Jimmy K has them.
