Would you have any more info on the event? I've looked it up and only can find a flea market and art walk. Thanks

Hey, your "Rendezvous Rally" was awesome! Had 5 coaches end up there,
vintage trailers, VW van guys, teardrops --- it was a blast. And the swap
meet... I mean we were at Rennigers! The biggest one around! This is the
kind of get togethers we need to do more of. Like the one last year that
came here to Rock Springs I think. That was great too... who headed that
one up? Anyway, I'm processing pics of the deal to put up tomorrow.
I really feel this is what I'm looking for having fun using my coach...

Never thought about it but we were the SOB owners this weekend at Rinningers like one of the Jims said. My wife and I had a blast, The 2 Jims caught me when I pulled in and got it to where I could park with them, anyone from central Florida will understand when I say "it was like being at the Saturday Night Cruise at Olde Town in Kissimmee". People were asking alot of questions and suprisingly they were mostly younger, 30 or less, most of then had never even seen a GMC. Events like this is some of the best publicity I've seen to keep the TZE appeal going if someone is really into getting an affordable RV. The big GMC rallies are great but these people are already sold, this exposure to the general public is priceless. Nuf from my soapbox.

Glad to hear you enjoyed it. I have found many young people are turned on
by the GMC, fits the way they want to get out. I see it bout every day at
the shop, those are the folks we build coaches for. Their biggest interest
was the steps in getting a coach to the way they want it. Listening
intently on everything, we had about every condition to show how it's done
we even had a core coach (still driving) there for sale for $7900 we could
show the process from start to finish. Was also exciting for me for a
different reason, I had built Skips coach for another person would have to
be 15 years ago. Had not seen the coach since then... was sitting there
sweating in the afternoon sun an it came right up to me..... felt like a
long lost pet running up to you and jumping in your lap! It was great
seeing how it had held up. Another coach came in that was built back in
the Golby/CLASCO days and the folks had kept it immaculate. Just a great
weekend for me and with what Skip said it was just an all around hit.
Whenever you find a vintage trailer rally or whatever you guys really need
to go. I can say this in that it's not gratuitous dealer advertising but
April 1 of 2016, we are putting together "Vanstock 2016" where the new van
clubs, full time van and RV people, VW van clubs ... I mean the gamut will
come and you know we will be drag racing our babies! We have the Orlando
Speedway from Monday March 28th thru April 2nd. We will have the 1/4 mile
all to ourselves on Wednesday, you can race coolers if you want.... Friday
night is test and tune so if you wanna show off we can do that too.
Yes, t is a planned event but it will be dry camp, BYOF that's bring your
own facilities... there will be piles of food trucks and beer will be
served... It promises to be a mud... the blood.. and the beer fest and WE
will also be SOB's! Wann know if a GMC can dust off a rear pusher diesel?
