While finding a switched ignition feed for the electric fuel pumps I came across this feed (circled in red) from the fuse block that goes to the BATT terminal on the electronic distributor with out a fuse, just wondering if it's tied through one of the fuses or is unfused.

I just tapped into mine for a back up camera a few months ago and if I remember correctly, I'm pretty sure the power comes into the panel at the outsides and the center is fused. Try pulling a fuse to test this. If the test light lights up at the outer edge of the panel, and not in the center (with the fuse out) then what I stated is correct.
