I’m in the final stretch of the Howell installation. All that is left is to install the knock sensor, the computer controlled distributor, and the air cleaner. The knock sensor is making me crazy. Where does that beggar go? I anticipated installing it on the back of the passenger side head, but those threads are too small for the sensor. The threads are 3/8 - 16 and the sensor is 1/2 - pipe thread (I think).

I was certain I read somebody’s installation where they put the knock sensor on the back of the head, but it must have been a different sensor.

Any help?
