Watch the speed of the lane stripes. Their long. And the spaces between each strip is a lot longer than the ones on the interstates. I've driven a car at 180 MPH there. When you're at speed. These stripes. And their spacing makes it feel that you're going much slower. Get within a few feet of that outside wall. That's an adrenalin rush. Just a fun note. Growing older is manditory. Bob, I got a ride around Talladega not long after it opened. Same thing, and the wall a foot from the door gets your attention. I was privileged to have a career in an industry where remaining childish is a positive (broadcasting). Since retiring I see no need whatsoever to grow up. Childish behavior is now not only tolerated, it's expected! Even silly obsessions like 40 year old motorhomes.
