I bought mine new (not refurbed) for I believe 34.95. Works fine >except< the speaker is too small, so when you have it turned up enough to hear over the GMC noise, it's so distorted it borders on the unintelligible. Buy a cheeep outboard speaker from Radium Shack or wherever, and plug it into the aux speaker jack.
