I am looking for help on troubleshooting an NT24 Suburban Heater. I've
replaced the delay relay. Fans do not fire off. Any suggestions from here?

This will sound like a silly question but is it cold enough in the coach to actually turn the furnace on? I have an NT 30, and if the inside tstat is pegged above 80 (most of the time in the summer) no matter how high you turn the furnace up it will not light as its not calling for heat.

Connect the 2 Tstat wires together and the furnace fan should come a live if your relay is good and you have 12v and good ground to furnace.. This will by pass the T'Stat causing the relay to engage the fan.

Thanks for the trouble shooting info. I tested the hot lead going from
the fuse box to the heater and found it only had 6.3 volts going to it.
I rewired a new hot lead and got 12.8 volts hooked it back up and
problem solved. Heater fired up after the delay relay, just like the
doctor ordered. Thanks again, 1978 GMC Royale, Stock Everything except 455

What was wrong with the old wire?

After removing old wire found a pinch/frey point. Must have been the
reason for the voltage drop.
