Does anyone know this GMC? My brother has seen this one for a long time parked in this same spot. Its located in Hagerstown MD.

I don't even know if you can see the VIN through the windshield on these things... but if you can you could always contact the registry and see if they have a current owner listed... Cool

The VIN number is NOT on the dash thru the windshield, but under the passenger side hood door on the firewall.
