The bogie greasers (from applied) won't insert into the right rear pins (pass. side).
This is a 1975 Palm Beach. The front rear greaser goes into the hole about 3/4 inch, the rear greaser goes in just over 1 inch before the both hit something.
Should I have the coach air bags full or empty or what?
The greasers on the drivers side were fine except the rear one was a little sticky to get past the 2-3 inch point

There might be 2 problems
1 you have to be carefull to remove ALL old grease as it will pack. Some advice to use a stroh.
2 there are different sizes of debt of the grease chanel. I had to take the greasers apart cut of the lenght of the cobber tubes and refit the end pieces. Not a difficult job ones I found out what the problem was

G'day,
Did you clean out the bogie pin grease passages before trying to insert the bogie greasers?
I have installed bogie greasers on both my 1975 Avions and never had a problem. I went to McDonald's and "requisitioned" a bunch of
their large milk shake straws.
The straw OD just fits into the bogie grease passage. When they are pushed in they scrape the sides of the passage and the old
grease winds up inside the straw leaving the passage clear.
If you have problems pushing the straws in it could be that there is old dried out grease in the passage, to clean that out I would
suggest squirting the passage way with WD 40, let it sit a minute or so, push the straw in, squirt again, push in straw, squirt,
push; you get the idea.

Might be a burr inside bogie pin and not allowing tube to be inserted all
the way.
Here is a write up from Dick Serreyn.

Hi,
I did use many straws, after bending the end of a wire and inserting it, there was obviously burrs inside from the hole manufacturing. A tiny bit of sanding removed what was required to twist the greasers in and I was in business.

Sure hope you flushed the holes out before you installed the greasers.
