everybody quick question I have Thorley headers on my '78 403 and as I reported last year there is a bad leak on the passenger side exhaust manifold. I want to put a new header gasket in which REM flex gasket should be used, 11-002 REM flex or 11-001 well either of those work or do I need a different gasket because I have the Thorley headers thanks in advance.

I hope so. I installed a set on my 455 with Thorleys.

The Remflex with the middle exhaust port as a large rectangler shaped port is for the cast iron manifold. The Remflex with the divided middle exhaust port is for the header version.

Just curious: Why bother with a gasket having the middle exhaust port
divided? After all, the port itself is not, normally, divided itself so
that middle "rib" will almost immediately burn away whether a manifold or
headers is mounted.
Now for those few who have cylinder heads which have been modified by
dividing the exhaust port, it IS important to have that rib.

My rebuild was installed with FelPro 1439 and that is what I am going to use to replace the left side after getting the governor out.
