Just came home from the local boneyard with 6 proper 16" steel wheels in decent shape for $165.00!
Been looking for a year and these were 2 miles from home.
This place is more of a junkyard than a "recycling facility".
Keep looking, they are out there.

O yeah, now that I have the wheels, what is the correct tire size again? Thanks

If it is LT225/75R16 Load Range E, then I found it. Thanks

You should go buy a lottery ticket with that kind of luck.

Matt - it took me 3 years and 16 wheels

You are in the rust belt. They are not that rare down here where steel isn't treated with solvent half of every year.

If they are stamped with the indicator for radials, not rusted or bent, got the right hub hole size, yep.

Like someone said, don't want to start another tire war, but I found at Firestone I can get Primewell Valara, or some such, for $89. 40K mile guarantee
I have these on both my F150 and my Honda CRV. Driven at highway speeds and lots of rain, they seem like a good value and a safe tire.
As we know, they will time out before they wear out.

R.D.

While the price may look good, those are only a 106 load rating and that 2094#. That might be good on the back of my coach, but it is at beat marginal on front. I glad for the information as I and going to be replacing a pair of tires in the next month.

Matt, the ones I was looking at are the Primewell Valera H/T LTR load range E with a load index of 115 or 2679#. $87.99 ea. The ones with the lower load range, of 106 or 2094# are the H/T at $83.99. 4 bucks difference. wow.
