Looks like a good one.

right year and layout, nice neutral paint (no Duke or UNC Blue!), in reasonable driving distance and if the milage is genuine........

Might still need new tires though they "look" good.

It looks like a holder for disposable cups.

Appears to be a paper drinking cup holder.

PS: Pete, I'd love to have a blue one, although the Glacier interior trim feels a bit cold. As far as pictures can tell...

Very original including the microwave and the table up front (even though it is inserted backwards). Some of the corduroy material has been replaced.

So what is the "cults" take on a reasonable price for this Coach?

Assume its chassis is good, paint is reasonable, Onan runs and milage is genuine................

At auction I think it will go for $5-$10K. Private Party sale from knowledgeable original owner with documentation and a knowledgeable buyer, and checks out as nice in person as it looks in pictures, tires ok etc. price could hit $25-$35.

Again, a knowledgeable GMC person might be able to pick up a really nice coach at a good price at this auction.
