Talked with Ray Swartzendruber and he mentioned that they talked to Mary
and Dave is out of surgery and he is ISU. He reported that things went as
planned.

We didn't get to bed until 2:00. They took his breathing tube out and he
answered all the questions correctly. He looked so good. We are going back
shortly. He should have gotten up by now and walked.

Thank God for the healing. I've not met Dave except over the telephone and I'm looking forward to doing so.
My father used to call intensive care "expensive care". Best deal in the hospital if you have good insurance. Plenty of care and not too many visitors.
