There is a dental veneer advertisement and some kind of marketing advertisement there as well. Has it been hacked or am I missing some memorable posts?

Evidently, there's money to be made by posting advertisements for people.
They're forever trying to infiltrate the Facebook group so they can post
them there as well.

Please let me know when you see this kind of stuff. It doesn't take but a
second for me to deal with them.
