Addressing some Onan issues that were prompted by oil leak (think that is solved with new low oil pressure sender). Decided to replace mounts as well. Looked around on some Onan online forums and it seems Onan uses same part number with a designation of "wt" for how hard/ weight bearing a mount is. Four mounts arrived from one of our best vendors; three match, one different wt spec, all with same part number stamped on the side: 0402-0284 part number. The one I have already taken off had a different number stamped on the bottom -
"B-19" on bottom of the one mount I have removed already
WT .3 on three new boxes I got; "c-1" stamped on bottom of these rubber mounts
WT .12 on one new box; "c-12" stamped on bottom of this rubber mount
Questions include: Does this matter? Is one position better for harder or softer mount, and if so, what is the spec telling me about harder or softer?
The old one I took off is definitlely compressed, more than a 1/4 inch compared to new ones.
