Just a quick recap of our Bean Station '15 experiences.
Started off with our third anniversary in Jacksonville, Fl.
with dinner theater and a quick fix on our 13 year old Honda
EV6010 (was running real rich). Thanks Dan and Cat.
Next day we started out on the back roads to Bean Station with
Cat and Dan. (Two days on the road). Barely got out of Fl. and blew the btm out
of one of the mufflers. Chuck Boyd recommended a great shop in
Knoxville and in the amount of time to down a Hardie's samich,
we were the owners of a nice set of Flo Masters.
Bean Station did not disappoint, it is still the GMC rally of rallies.
Great food, friends and stuff. Even put in some pit time on a A/C
belt (decided to put that on hold until I can decide on what belt to
use). Chuck B. was our guardian angel this trip.
On the trip home, convoyed with Stick and J. Richardson stopping over
nite in Stick's driveway. Next day was a uneventful dash to Lake Mary.
