Anyone who a part number or make and model for getting a new one. I punched a hole in mine today trying to remove it, on a good note, I got the brakes adjusted, bearing greased and replaced a leaking wheel cylinder.
Just one more wheel to go now.

A few things as I just did this. In the rear you have two grease caps, an inner smaller one which covers the castle nut and pin, and an outer one which covers the inner cap.
The inner grease cap looks to be part number 3936465, The outer 721381. Per the 78Z book. Page 19-6.
You mentioned greasing one bearing. There are two bearings.... A larger inner bearing and a smaller outer bearing. To get to the inner bearing you need to pull the inner seal. I had read up and found only two recommended seals. The seals I went with are SKF seals. part SKF 21771.
Sorry I dont have any spare caps, but hopefully it will help.
I think, but am not sure the 2.5 inch ID Dorman 13974 at autozone for like 5 bucks may work for the smaller inner cap.
Hope this helps.

Everything you need to find a part number is in one place online.
Please bookmark www.gmcmhparts.com
1. Look up the part in the included 78Z parts book.
*Note: Keep this publication on your local machine for fast searching.
2. Search that found number to harvest interchangeable part numbers.
3. Google those results for current sources and pricing.
As reported from www.gmcmhparts.com:
Rear Wheel, Inner Dust Cap
Dorman, 618-504
AutoZone , 13974
NAPA, 735-1404
Ford, C8T2-1131-C
Dorman, 616-504
GM, 700226

Hope this helps

Perfect, hitting autozone tomorrow.
I just got done changing out wheel cylinders. Sucks storing the coach 13 miles from home, when I work on it , I don't have all my tools or resources.
