Jerry

I bought a used one from Jim K (Applied GMC) last fall. I had a local machine shop check it out and it did not need resurfacing. The price was very good as well.

Order the Remflex gasket set also. They are very forgiving and seal well. JmK is the Man.
I just put one on the very same exhaust side. Sealed the leak. I have about 500 miles on the Remflex and no noise.

Found one! I had a new exhaust system installed about two weeks ago and the muffler shop found my gaskets and the donuts shot. I was in the process of getting ready to install Remflex when I found the cracked manifold. In the mean time Chuck Boyd took one off of a good engine to loan me to help me get back on the road quicker. I did find a good used one that will be here next week and I can pay Chuck back. Thanks everyone.
