The above items need to be replaced.
Does it make sense to have someone complete the windows, and after that
do the headliner and walls? Or is there anything that would need to be
put behind the window sealant?

Hello Peer. I did most of that. Last year
I regret I did not take out the side windows compleetly before I did the walls
When the walls are out it is quite easy to unscrew the alu strip that hold the windows, then you can take out the complete window scrape of that 40 year old sealant and replace it with fresh sealant tape. That is the way to make sure they are watertight.
I did not do that and then had to chalked them all several times to make them tight for a time.

Lenze,
so take out the wall interior first, do the windows, and put back the
interior afterwards?! Sounds like a plan :)

Actually We are in Paris, France right now. Going to the Netherlands for the kings birthday than visit family in the Netherlands and Denmark for the summer. Mayby meeting the wild buch end of august and planning to be in Portugal again for next winter. What a live!

Headliner replacement is not dependent on either the interior wall board, or the windows.
Only hassle in my headliner replacement was not being able to remove the bath module or the refrig/closet module (Avion design). You can jack the roof up enough to allow the new headliner to slip in, and most of the old to be pulled out.
Have fun. Measure twice and cut once.
