I read your note with interest as I also have Progressive agreed value in CA. I was afraid I might have a change coming as even you lowest was higher. I just got my new quote and it remained the same, at $623 and my appraisal report was higher than yours.
I may add that Progressive would not do my coach with agreed value. However they referred me to Hi Sage in San Diego. Hi Sage turned out to be able to complete everything very quickly and when the policy came it was with Progressive and all transactions are with them.
