Good afternoon all!
After looking for quite a while, I have found myself with a new job in Western Colorado. I am the new manager of the Gateway Canyons Auto Museum ( gatewaycanyons.com ) Unfortunately, I am not going to have a place to store my coach and decided to make it available for sale.
Mine is a 76 Royale with a dry bath. Pictures: http://imgur.com/a/AvM0A#0
I have added the 6 wheel disc brake system
Newer tires
Water system upgraded
Dual fridge
New body pads
Maintenance records and receipts
A more thorough list of upgrades is coming.
I am asking $25k but am open to negotiation. The coach is currently in Northern Virginia.

I have forgotten the name of the PO. I am heading back to Va soon to get my house on the market, so I can look back at the papers when I am there.

Store your coach at the auto museum; you're the manager. The coach is old
enough to be in your facility.

Congratulations on the new job ... as a certified car nut, a manager of an auto museum would be my dream job. Google map view of the museum and surrounding area shows beautiful bluffs and scenery. Too bad you can't have your GMC as an exhibit at the museum. Pictures of the coach show a beautiful, tastefully upgraded GMC ... hope it sells for you for a good price, and hope your home in VA sells soon as well. Best wishes for you and your family.
