I saw this on Craigslist, talked to the owner.
He really has no idea about it other than it looked cool.

He bought it 6 months ago in Mississippi, spent 4 months replacing the brake lines and getting it road worthy.
Used the carburetor from his truck to get it home.

He said the only reason he is selling it, is because he can not get it up his driveway, it is all mud and ruts.
Anyways, it needs work, but seems mechanically sound.
He does not have the title, but does have a notarized bill of sale from the deceased owner's power of attorney.

I asked for the VIN, but he did not know it or seem interested in talking to much longer since I was not buying it.

Sir, good news is it is probably a 77 model. 3rd style ac and enough valve cover bolts to be a 455.
