Anyone have the part numbers for the one ton front end rubber brake hoses?
Going brain dead but couldn't find the numbers.
Thanks, Hal

The one ton hose has a banjo fitting where it connects to the caliper. The older one ton 80 mm is different then the newer one ton 80mm that comes in the latest one ton kit.

Larry not the same hose, the one ton uses a banjo style fitting on the caliper. The brake hoses according to the Kit Parts List is a Dorman H380-533.

and

You can also search using the 2000 Chevrolet K3500 and front brake hose.

Almost -- the Dorman 380-533 is for the left front only. 380-534 is for
the right.

Rockauto has those for $10.63 each, plus here's a 5% discount code:
2944880027051083

They list several other brands too.

Thanks Ken for the additional part number. The Kit Part List for installing the “One Ton Front End Version II latest copyright 2015 listed only listed the quantity of 2 of the Dorman H380-533 hoses. I’ve copied Manny also on this potential error in the manual “Notes: Kit Parts List” section of the installation manual.

There COULD be something different in our installation, but I doubt it
since all of the manufacturers seem to have two different part numbers for
L & R.

Thanks for letting Manny ( & Karen?) know.

Ken, on the MH stock brakes same as Toro but we use two rights cause of the position of the coller for the mounting. Could this be the case also for the one ton?

Huh? That's the first time I ever heard that. I just looked back at the
spreadsheet Bobby Moore and I made up in Sep 02 on 6-wheel disc brake
upgrades. It's very specific in specifying L & R 80 mm calipers -- not two
rights.

Wouldn't be the first time I've been wrong -- even today -- but I don tink
so!

Ken, I was speaking of the hose only from the original question. I should have been more specific.

hello Ken Henderson
I am trying to find info on the brake system of Bobby Moore's old coach. I have had one of the middle calipers sieze and ruined a rotor, do you still have the spreadsheet regarding parts used from Bobby, i believe the rotors I need are cadillac but I will need to have them machined here in Australia. do you also have the details of what machining is required

Trevor,

Maybe this will help: Brakes Upgrade Spreadsheet - (gmcmhphotos.com)

It's old, making prices, even in US, absurd. And doesn't seem to include
any drawings, but you should be able to take any required dimensions from
your old parts. IIRC, the only changes to the discs was to enlarge the
center hole to fit the GMC flange and drill the 8-lug bolt pattern.

Good luck!

Your front uses a Banjo Bolt to the caliper, look for 3/4 ton chev front
1980 and see that they use the 80mm calipers.
