This is an interesting scam.
I received this in the morning mail:

Interesting since we have not traveled a toll road since September and I have a receipt for that.
Attached was a zipped *.doc file. I don't use and never read *.doc because they can easily contain malware.
Guess what, I ported it off to an isolated system and tried to open it. The Flags When Up, so I shut it down.
The domain is the property of a local church group, and my reply to him bounced.
