John,
Was out driving in Tucson today and spotted a GMC parked in the backlot of an old rv center. It is a 1977 23’ Birchaven, the Chassis number is TZE337V1008787. It is in poor condition without any upgrades or additional. Original shape. It appears to be complete except for the rear window which is missing.
