What's ballpark or exact weight of Tranny and Drive... Im thinking maybe 250#

Oh its a solid 400 with fluids axels and TC
2 of us to throw on pallet and skid loader to load it thankfully
Unload was to slide down ramp from truck to dolly, one shot deal but made it
The alum pan and dif cover lightened the load, haha
So, from a time estimate whats swap out look like.?

No time estimate that I remember and I never pulled the trans out as my GMC came without a trans. The engine was tilted pretty far back, enough to mangle the fan shroud. I bought a rebuilt trans out of a '70 Eldorado and it went in pretty easy. A trans jack is VERY helpful as you can adjust all angles, so it was a pain free install. Be extremely careful about the engine oil pan! The rods swing by VERY close and it takes nothing to push the pan upwards. Ask me how I know.
