Can you guys recommend a battery for the car part of my GMC?

I am planning on getting 2 x Amstrong GC2 6V for my coach part, but wanted
to get some recommendations on the front battery, Thanks!

You won't find a more widely distributed source, nor a more generous
warranty, than WalMart.

You can find AGM house batteries at Sams as well and save the shipping.

I prefer Walmart or Costco 8 or 900 cold cranking amps. To me bigger is always better.

I got the largest 12 volt battery I could find at Sam's club in 2004. I just real1zed that thing is 11 years old and still going strong. The only problem is lifting it into place. I was in my early 60's at the time, now I'm in my early 70's. Oh well, that is something else to spend my money on soon.

We were talking about this the other day regading motorhomes and collector cars. Might be better to buy something like the Delco 5 year cheapo and change it out just before the 5 year mark. Even with slightly less CCAs, a fresh one is stiil plenty and noticably lighter. Better than seeing how far you can go on E game, since today's battery will often be fine one day and caput the next. Fresh may be better than max CCA.
