My Edgemonte has the fridge mounted opposite the bath. This is the narrower side of the coach. The PO mounted the newer Norcold and it sticks out in the hall 3 to 4 inches. I would like to move it closer to the wall but the cooling rack hits the wall/roof corner. It can not go down because it is over the wheel wells. I was thinking of have an AC repair place shorten the cooling rack on the back about 6 inches. I believe it would still work. Has anyone done this modification. I believe that all newer fridges are wider because they go into box style trailers or coaches.
