Just wanted to share what we found for re-anchoring our seats in our coach. Most of the original wood bolts had become stripped and were no longer holding down part of our seats that should be anchored to the floor. I discovered EZ-lok inserts, which anchor to the wood, and then bolts thread in to the inserts. Looks like they are commonly used on furniture and are supposed to hold up well over time. We ended up drilling out the existing holes slightly, putting JB Weld on the EZ-lok inserts and screwing them in to place with a large hex wrench so that the top of the insert is flush with the top of the plywood. We gave the JB Weld a week to set up completely then bolted down the seats using new 5/16" bolts. We ended up using the EZ-Lok 5/16-18 inserts, a 25-pack on Ebay goes for around $9. They're the perfect size for the 3/4" plywood floor.

Pics of the hardware is here for better illustration:

Hope this helps others that may run in to this issue.
