When oil prices rise again commodity based economies like Canada will strengthen versus the U.S. dollar. It's all cyclical. The Canadian Dollar was worth less comparably to the U.S. Dollar in late 2008 and early 2009 and was consistently worth less for a decade from 1993 until 2004.

Everything I read predicts low oil prices to hold for 5 years, the shortest I've seen is 2 years. While it may depress the exchange rate, I think it'll boost interest in Class A's considerably. I saw more Class A's on I-95 between NC and Orlando on my trip 2 weeks ago than the total I've seen in the previous year.

RC I don't know what you've been reading, and hopefully not just Mad
Magazine, but if that is correct I can live with that. I will be able to
afford gas for my GMC...and crossing the boarder depends on many things.

Nothing like a Bloomberg Terminal. My first job out of school was at Bloomberg and now my job revolves around access to the Terminal. Financial data at its best...
